As part of its 15th anniversary celebration, Xiaomi has officially launched new smartphone - Civi 5 Pro.
Powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, the Civi 5 Pro comes in two configurations: 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, paired with 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.
The device features a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1236×2750 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 300Hz touch sampling rate, ensuring smooth and responsive interaction.
Xiaomi partnered with Leica to develop the camera system, which includes:
- A 50MP main sensor with an f/1.63 aperture and optical image stabilization
- A 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom
- A 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 120° field of view
On the front, a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus and an f/2.0 aperture delivers crisp, high-quality self-portraits.
A 6000mAh battery powers the phone, with support for 67W fast charging. Additional features include:
- Dual stereo speakers with LDAC and LHDC 5.0 support
- Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4
- NFC module
- In-display fingerprint scanner
The Civi 5 Pro runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2. The phone measures 157.05 × 73.2 × 7.45 mm and weighs 184 grams.
It is available in purple, pink, white, and black, along with a limited edition "Ice Americano" version made from recycled coffee grounds—offering a subtle coffee aroma.
