Xiaomi keeps up with the times, and as a proof of this has presented its own model of virtual reality glasses.
Previously Xiaomi General Manager Tang Mu has confirmed that their new device will be compatible with the Daydream, the new Android N platform from Google and get the integrated support for MIUI.
Mi VR headset uses a smartphone as a display, it is placed in a special compartment. To keep the phone from the accidental falling, the compartment is closed by the usual double zipper — easy and convenient.
For long-term and comfortable using the plastic front panel is complemented by accents of nylon + spandex + EVA.
The accessory has several design options — classic black, bright pink, leopard or military.
The special cut-outs will allow you to shoot photos via your smartphone without removing it from the accessory. The mobile application provides such features as a panoramic video, 3D-video games with augmented reality and so on.
The Charming gadget is suitable for smartphones with screen sizes ranging from 4.7 inches to 5.7 inches. At the moment Xiaomi has opened a registration for participation in the beta testing of the glasses in China.
