Note: Delivery of the ordered items will be carried out only to the address specified in the PayPal payment details.

Shipping:

There are two main issues that will affect when you receive your items.

1. Item Processing Time

After receiving your order, we will test the product carefully to ensure it passes our local QC test.

Different items require different testing durations with an average processing time of 1-2 working days; the item’s stock status will also affect the actual processing time.

For small quantities, the typical processing time is around 1 working day. A larger quantity is approximately 2-3 working days.

Please note that these are only estimates.

How can I check out my order status?

You can visit the Order List in My Account, there you can check out your order status about whether it is shipped or partially shipped, the shipping date, tracking No., tracking website.etc. We freely offer tracking numbers for all orders. You will also get your tracking number at your e-mail address.

What is Airmail?

There are two kinds of Airmail. One is Singapore Airmail, the other is China Mainland Airmail (herein referred as China Airmail). Airmail stretches to nearly every corner of the world and has been broadly used in international shipping.

Can I get the tracking number for any order?

NiS-Store.com offers a tracking number for any order freely. You will get a message with your tracking number at your e-mail address.

To track the package you can go to the official websites of postal services or use the all-in-one package tracking system http://www.17track.net/.

What will affect the delivery time?

The delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Generally, the package can arrive in the destination on time. Processing time means the time NiS-Store handles the order internally. Delivery time is determined by the destination where the order is shipped to, which is the main element that affects the delivery time. Moreover, the custom policy of destination country also influences the delivery time.

Express delivery needs more freight cost. If you want to deliver your goods via TNT, UPS, FedEx or other express forwarders, please contact us. There is no selection item for UPS, FedEx and other express delivery on NiS-Store.com at present.

How can NiS-Store.com get my shipping address?

We’ll get your shipping address when you’ll make a payment by PayPal. Please note PayPal will be not sharing any of your financial information to us except a shipping address and a phone number which you explicitly wish to share with us. If the destination address is abnormal, our customer service representative will double confirm it with you before shipping the package.

What if I do not edit my shipping address before settling the payment?

We’ll treat the PayPal registered address as your receiving address if you do not edit your address. So, please make sure your receiving address is the same as your PayPal registration address, otherwise, you need to edit it.

How can I know my order has been shipped?

You’ll receive a notification e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Information like shipping items, shipping time, tracking No. and tracking website is included. Also, you can timely check your order status via “My Account Order List”.

My tracking number is not working, what should I do?

Once the package has left from NiS-Store.com, it will take 1-3 business days to process it in Singapore Post or China Post system. Please wait a little more time and try it again later. Any question, please contact us. NiS-Store.com customer service center will give your feedback within 0-24 hours.

Why a single SKU of my order is shipped by DHL since I choose Airmail as the shipping method for the whole order?

This is because this SKU must be over 2kg (exceeds Airmail’s limitation for weight). For such SKU, Nis-store will ship it via DHL separately. The shipping fee, in this case, will be calculated automatically when ordering.

All Lithium-ion batteries are shipped by Airmail, regardless of the selected shipping method for the whole order.

What should I do if my package is delayed or late?

For the orders to South America:
If you haven’t received your order after 30 calendar days (35 calendar days in peak season), please contact us and submit an RMA request.

For other countries:
If you haven’t received your order after 25 calendar days (30 calendar days in peak season), please contact us and submit an RMA request.

Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?

Does my expedited shipping option (DHL, EMS, FedEx etc.) ensure my order will be shipped on the same day it is placed?

Unfortunately, it does not. We’ll guarantee orders to be shipped by express priority. Averagely all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (see the processing time frame), regardless of the shipping option selected.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?

NiS-Store.com may decide to pack your items separately due to weight, size concerns or product shortage. You can check your order list to see which parts are sent separately. You can review the status of all order lists in My Account.

How long will it take to process the back order?

We will send the products separately if some goods are out of stock and it takes 5 days or less to get back. Generally, it will take 5 days or less to prepare out of stock products. If it needs more time, we will inform you as soon as possible. Our customer service representative will update the newest information immediately once the back order is processed in My Account.

I have paid the express fees, why the order is shipped by Airmail at last?

There are some reasons, such as limitation of destination custom policy or the additional tax charges for the express package delivery to your country. We’ll inform you via e-mail when we adjust the mode of delivery.

What should I do if the package is not received?

Firstly, you can track the delivery status on one of the tracking websites mentioned above. Once there’s no tracking information, you can contact us for help. If the package has not been received over 45-50 calendar days since the delivery date, you can submit an RMA request.

What should I do if I want to change the receiving address when I am placing the order or after the order is placed?

Your package will be shipped to the address you set in your PayPal account. If you would like to ship your order to another address, you may change the address in your PayPal account during the checkout process. If you still want to change the address after success checkout, you should edit your address via the Order List in My Account only if the order’s Shipping status is Unshipped or Processing.
