Taxes & Duties
Taxes & customer duties policy
Depending on the customs and tax policies of your destination country your package may be additionally subjected to VAT or other taxes. You are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local Customs authority deems appropriate on your behalf.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The customer is responsible for paying all fees required.
There may be also some delay in the delivery of your order beyond our initial estimates according to all customs clearance procedures required.
Amount of taxes
Each country has its own laws and regulations. We cannot predict or estimate additional customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. NIS-Store has no control over these fees and does not collect any money from them.
We suggest you to contact your local Customs authority to find out the information about all import taxes, customs duties and tariffs required in your country before placing your order.
Declaring an order at a very low value
If you have any specific requirements or requests concerning the invoice declaration, please include them in the comments to the order.
We’ll do our best to help you with import taxes. NIS-Store will declare the estimated value of your parcel below its true value .
If the amount of your order is quite high (about $500 or more), we may not be able to declare a too low value (under $50), because in this case your parcel may be returned or seized by the Customs office.
Declaring goods as a gift or a sample
Declaring goods as a gift or a sample generally does not affect the amount of customs duties in most countries. Usually we declare items as what they really are.
If you still want us to ship your order as a gift or a sample, you can mention it in the comments to the order.
Please note that if the order declared and sent as a gift will be confiscated at customs its cost will not be refunded to you.
