Bare board LED strips (IP20) have no waterproof coating, which makes them the brightest and most affordable option for dry indoor areas such as behind TVs, under beds, along ceilings, in cabinets, shelves and gaming setups. They dissipate heat better than coated strips, which helps them last longer. Self-adhesive backing makes installation easy. Check the voltage, LED density, colour type (single colour, RGB, RGBW or addressable) and length before ordering. Aluminium profiles with diffusers create a smooth, professional line of light and help cool the strip. A suitable power supply and controller are needed.
