HTC charging connectors and boards.
A worn charging port causes slow or unstable charging, loose cables or no charging at all. Older HTC phones use micro USB, while newer models use USB-C. Clean the port first to rule out lint, and match the part to the exact HTC model.
Flex: HTC flex.
On most HTC models the USB port and the main microphone sit on the same charging board, so replacing it fixes both charging and call audio issues. Disconnect the battery first and route the main flex exactly as before.
