DJI Avata Accessories: Propellers, Cases, Filters and Mounts for FPV Flying
DJI Avata and Avata 2 are compact FPV (first-person view) drones with built-in propeller guards, flown with goggles for an immersive experience. They are designed for close-range flying around obstacles and indoor spaces, which means more contact with walls, trees and the ground.
Propellers
Avata propellers are protected by built-in ducts, but they still chip after collisions. Replace damaged props promptly and carry several spare sets, especially when learning to fly FPV.
Cases and bags
FPV kits include the drone, goggles, controller, batteries and chargers. Carry cases and backpacks keep everything together and protect the goggles' lenses and screens from scratches.
Lens filters
ND filters allow slower shutter speeds for natural motion blur in bright conditions, which is especially valuable for cinematic FPV footage. Choose filters that fit the Avata camera without affecting balance.
Mounts and holders
Holders and mounts help secure goggles, controllers and accessories. Phone holders for the controller allow viewing a secondary display.
Goggles care
The goggle lenses and screens are sensitive to direct sunlight, which can damage the displays if light is focused through the lenses. Always use a cover when the goggles are not on your head, and clean lenses only with a microfibre cloth.

Avata and Avata 2 use different propellers, batteries and some accessories. Check your model before ordering.

Batteries and flight time
FPV flying is energetic, and aggressive manoeuvres drain batteries faster than gentle cruising. Carry several charged batteries and a charging hub, and land with a reserve rather than flying until the warning appears. Let batteries cool before charging them after a flight.
