Front glass lenses for Pixel refurbishing.
Refurbishing only the cracked front glass saves the OLED panel on Google Pixel phones when the display underneath still works. It needs a separator, OCA film, a laminator and a bubble remover. Pixel Pro models have slightly curved screens that need special moulds. Match the glass to the exact Pixel model and generation, and test touch and fingerprint unlocking after lamination.

Outer glass lenses are cut to the exact Google model, including curved edges and camera holes. Many come with OCA pre-applied, which saves a lamination step and keeps the glass perfectly aligned.
