LCD backlight plates for Sony phone and tablet screens.
Backlight plates are used in LCD refurbishing when the backlight is damaged or shows dark spots, which is common on older Xperia phones and tablets with LCD screens. Replacing only the backlight lets repair shops rebuild a damaged screen instead of buying a new one. Work in a dust-free room to avoid dust under the panel, and match the plate to the exact model. Test the screen brightness evenly across the display after assembly.
LCD: Sony LCD.
A damaged backlight causes dark or uneven areas on Sony LCD screens. Replacing the backlight plate restores even brightness.
