Electronic pets — interactive robot pets and virtual pets.
Electronic pets are interactive robot animals that respond to touch, voice and movement, which teaches children responsibility and gives them a pet experience without the care needed for a real animal. Robot dogs walk, bark, do tricks and follow commands, while robot cats purr and meow. Virtual pet games let children feed and care for a digital pet. Check the age range, features, battery type and size before ordering. Electronic pets are popular gifts for children who want a pet, and they are also comforting companions for older people.
