Xiaomi Spare Parts: Screens, Backlights, Sub-boards and Components for Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO
Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones are sold in very large numbers worldwide, and Redmi Note models in particular are among the most repaired phones in many repair shops. This category supplies parts for the full range, from budget Redmi phones to Xiaomi flagships.
Screens: LCD and AMOLED
Budget Redmi and many older Redmi Note models use LCD screens, while recent Redmi Note Pro, POCO F and Xiaomi flagship models use AMOLED displays. AMOLED models can be repaired with original-grade screens that keep in-display fingerprint support, or with more affordable alternatives. Screens are offered with and without frames; a frame makes installation faster and safer.
Backlight plates and OCA
On LCD Redmi phones, a dark screen with a working touch layer often indicates a backlight fault. Backlight plates and OCA are used by refurbishers who repair LCD panels rather than replacing them completely. Touch panels are available for older models with separate digitizers.
Charging and sub-boards
The USB-C port on many Redmi and POCO phones is on a sub-board with the main microphone. Replacing it is one of the most common Xiaomi repairs and fixes both charging and call quality. For POCO and Xiaomi models with fast charging, use a board that matches the original to keep fast charging working.
Other common parts
- Frame bezel plates and back covers.
- Cameras and camera lens glass.
- Card trays, side keys and home keys.
- Loudspeakers, earpieces and vibration motors.
- Flex cables connecting sub-boards and the display.
- Adhesive stickers.
Matching the model
Xiaomi releases many similar models, such as Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro+ and Note 12S, in 4G and 5G versions. They use different screens and boards. Check the model number in Settings, About phone, such as 23021RAAEG, and match it with the part listing.
Repair tips
Redmi phones often have plastic back covers that are easy to remove, while Xiaomi flagships have glass backs requiring heat. Disconnect the battery before unplugging flex cables, and test touch, display and fingerprint before closing.
