Back glass on Note phones cracks easily after drops, and a new back cover restores the original look and seals the phone again. Check the colour and model, as Note 10 and Note 20 versions differ.

The middle frame holds the Galaxy Note screen, buttons and internal parts in place, so a bent frame can crack a new screen or cause pressure marks. Replace it when the phone has been dropped hard or the housing is visibly deformed.
