PlayStation 3 parts — Blu-ray drives, laser lenses, fans and controller parts.
PlayStation 3 consoles are popular with retro gamers and collectors, and Blu-ray laser lenses, drives, cooling fans, power supplies and shells are the most common repairs. The Yellow Light of Death on early PS3 models is caused by the main chip, and new thermal paste often prevents overheating. Match each part to the exact PS3 model, as the original "fat", Slim and Super Slim versions use different parts. DualShock 3 controller parts are also popular for repairs. Clean the console regularly to prevent overheating.
