Huawei flex cables — mainboard, power, volume and LCD flex.
Power and volume flex cables wear out after years of use, while LCD and mainboard flex cables are often damaged during drops or careless repairs. A faulty flex can cause a black screen, a phone that will not turn on, or buttons that stop working. Match the cable to the exact Huawei model code, and disconnect the battery before replacing any flex cable.
Charging: tail connectors.
Huawei flex cables are thin and easy to tear, so release connectors with a plastic spudger, never metal tweezers. When a button, sensor or display works intermittently, a flex cable is usually cheaper to replace than the component itself.
