Xiaomi phones use fast charging up to 120 W on some models, and a worn charging port causes slow or unstable charging. The charging board also carries the main microphone on many models, so replacing it often fixes call audio too. Clean the port first to rule out lint. Match the board to the exact Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO model.
