Earpiece speakers for OPPO phones.
A quiet or crackling earpiece makes calls difficult, and dust in the top grille is a common cause, so clean it before replacing the speaker. On many OPPO phones the earpiece also works as a stereo speaker, so a fault affects music and video too. Match the earpiece to the exact model and test call audio and speaker mode after installation.
Loudspeakers: ringer buzzer.
If callers sound quiet or crackly on an OPPO phone but speakerphone works, the earpiece speaker is the likely culprit. Clean the earpiece mesh first, then replace the speaker if needed.
