ASUS laptops use several charger types: round barrel tips in different sizes, such as 4.0 × 1.35 mm, 4.5 × 3.0 mm and 5.5 × 2.5 mm, and USB-C on many newer VivoBook and ZenBook models. Gaming laptops such as TUF and ROG need high-wattage chargers of 150 W, 180 W, 240 W or more. Check the connector size, voltage (usually 19 V or 20 V) and wattage printed on your original charger or laptop label before ordering. Using a charger with lower wattage than required can cause slow charging or reduced performance. A spare charger is useful for office, home and travel.
