When film is the better choice

Paper-feel film trade-offs
Paper-feel films make writing and drawing more natural, but they slightly reduce screen sharpness and can wear stylus tips faster. Many artists accept this trade-off; users who mainly watch video usually prefer clear film or glass.
Fit and installation
Films are cut for specific tablet models, with openings for the front camera and sensors. Check the model name in Settings, About tablet. Install in a dust-free room, peel the backing gradually as you apply the film and use a squeegee to push air out. Small bubbles in hydrogel films usually disappear within a day or two.
Replacing film
Film protectors gradually collect scratches and lose clarity. Replacing them every few months on heavily used tablets keeps the screen looking clean and comfortable to read.
